The Community Housing Management Network (The Network) is recruiting to fill a part-time position (25 hours/week) as an accounting clerk (A/R, A/P). The candidate will be working at our Truro office.

General duties include:

  • A/R administration

  • A/P administration

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Uploads financial reports to excel

  • Update management reports

  • Send period financial reports to regulator

General requirements:

  • understanding of property management

  • knowledge of co-op or nonprofit housing

  • excellent interpersonal skills

  • effective oral and written communication skills

  • be able to organize tasks and priorities

  • experience with Microsoft Office, specifically excel

  • working knowledge of QuickBooks

  • understanding of financial statements
