Specialized Services

The Network offers professional services outside of its core management service package. Our specialized services are available separately or in addition to the core package:

  • Our financial accounting and reporting package is designed to meet your needs from a property management perspective. You can easily track income and expenses, obtain financial statements, manage budgets, and more. Our package can help you streamline your operations and improve your financial performance.

  • The Network has experience in successfully applying for grants and funding from various sources to support the development and maintenance of affordable housing. We offer our clients the opportunity to minimize costs and maximize investments in the community by leveraging special funding to create additional budget space or bridge gaps in available spending power.

  • If you are approaching End of Mortgage, a renewal or just planning for the future.

Our team is prepared to support you whether you need scheduled capital replacements or major capital projects required to meet the terms of refinancing.

We can assist you through all phases from planning to post-construction.

We have been involved a variety of projects spanning all building systems and are confident we can help navigate the process to ensure that the renovation goes as smoothly as possible and minimizes the negative impact on your community.

  • If you need a reliable way to inspect and report on the condition of your units. We offer a comprehensive unit inspection and reporting package that lets you easily document and track any issues, repairs, or improvements. Our reporting includes photos and notes.

Whether you need to comply with regulations, communicate with members or tenants, or plan for maintenance or capital replacements, our package can help you save time and money.

  • The Network also provides specialized services to co-ops or non-profits in need or at-risk. Sometimes, properties need just a little extra help. Our supervisory management model provides a complete turn-around package to assist in stabilizing your co-op or non-profit. This model is usually short-term and quite intense. The Network will:

    - Propose a multiple-party agreement between the Network, the Corporation and a regulatory agency if required
    - Complete a comprehensive review of management and governance outcomes and processes and report back to the board and/or regulator with recommendations

This specialized service can stand alone or be incorporated with our core management services. In other words, if the Corporation has its own management, the Network will work with your staff. If you don’t, the Network can provide staff to meet the needs of the Corporations day-to-day management requirements.

Our Accessible Customer Service Plan is available upon request.
