    Kim Weiman has more than 30 years of experience in the co-operative housing movement. Kim spent several years working with the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada as a Program Manager assisting member co-operatives in difficulty in Ontario. She also served as an independent property manager for several years.

    Since May of 2009, Kim has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Community Housing Management Network. Kim currently serves on the board of the Housing Services Corporation, Davis Drive Non-Profit Seniors Corporation, and as a founding director of Tidal Bay Community Land Trust.

    With a focus on the future, Kim aims to protect and grow affordable housing by offering professional property and asset management services.

  • Jamie Eyers

    Jamie Eyers has over 25 years of experience working with housing co-operatives in both British Columbia and Nova Scotia. His extensive experience includes financial reporting for as many as 50 housing providers and more than 3500 units. Jamie has a CMA Technological Diploma and worked for the auditing firm Grant Thornton. Jamie has worked as the Regional Manager in Nova Scotia since April of 2011. During this time he has been involved in over $30M in new development projects and over $15M in capital repair projects.

    Jamie was a past president of the Rooftops Canada board.

  • Kristen MacLean

    Kristen MacLean has been around the co-operative sector her entire life. Growing up immersed in co-operative living allowed for a deep understanding of non-profits and co-operatives which continues to be a valuable tool employed working in the co-operative sector. Kristen has a passion for helping others and strives to find new ways to uplift her community in the workplace and out.

    Utilizing an earned perspective or 10,000 hours approach, Kristen prioritizes a healthy balance between her professional and personal life. As a Regional Co-ordinator with The Network, she combines administrative expertise and technologies to move toward work-life-balance. Modelling good behaviour, she encourages her teams and new Boards to do the same.

    Outside of work, you will find Kristen in the gym or out for a walk with her French Bulldog. Although her resume is short, her love and understanding of co-operatives allows her to be a leader with an engaging perspective.

  • Roger Grandison

    Roger Grandison has been working in the private and non-profit housing sector for over 15 years. As Regional Co-ordinator for Community Housing Management Network (The Network) he supports property management staff, housing co-ops and non-profits in Ontario. He also facilitates their asset management by connecting with professional services to deliver on financial and capital replacement needs.

    Building on his multidisciplinary experiences providing support to underrepresented communities Roger is committed to building safe, inclusive, affordable spaces members and tenants can be proud of through organizational change, strategic planning, operational design, change management and a little disruption when needed.

    Bolstered by the Network's supportive environment Roger is empowered to take an intersectional approach to empower others toward lasting impact in his current focus on all things strategic and capital improvement.

  • Abigail Asamoah

    Abigail Asamoah is a Regional Co-ordinator with the Network, responsible for supervising staff and overseeing the general operations for our co-operative housing clients across the GTA and surrounding areas. She brings years of experience in the non-profit housing sector focusing on equitable and strong community development. Abigail’s adaptable management style supports each unique housing co-operative to create and meet their financial goals, maintenance needs and improve on positive community engagement. She has carefully planned and executed new community initiatives, large scale capital projects, successfully applied for funding for engineering studies, trained staff and ensured our clients meet their legal obligations. Abigail is equipped with an excellent skill set to ensure our clients thrive in the affordable housing sector.
